Japan Pro Baseball Handbook by BA
Has anyone read the Japan Pro Baseball Handbook put out by Baseball America? The only review I can find is on Amazon of the '92 edition, and it's not very complimentary. Has the quality improved since then?

The annual Japan Pro Handbook is distributed by Baseball America in the United States. Wayne Graczyk is the editor and founder of the handbook. Wayne was one of a small handfull of people providing info on Nippon Pro Baseball when he published his first editions. It has always been of great value to me.

Graczyk is a contributing writer to the Japan Times [March 2, 2005 Mail Bag] and the Tokyo Weekender.
About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
