Royals' Brazell Drawing Interest From NPB Teams?
Kansas City first baseman/DH Craig Brazell [Baseball-Reference] is drawing interest from NPB teams [Kansas City Star - registration required].

Brazell had a breakthrough season in the minors this year between AA Wichita and AAA Omaha, batting .315 with 39 HRs and 91 RBI in 135 games. He played in 5 games with the Royals, batting 4 times with one hit. Right now, Brazell says he prefers to stay in States.

The former Mets farmhand, has a career .263 average with 1 HR and 3 RBI in 29 games and 38 AB's.
