Seibu Sans Goodwill

Seibu Sans Goodwill
Hats off to Seibu club president Shinji Kobayashi! Terminating the Goodwill contract (because Goodwill used temps improperly) stands out courageously. Does anyone have any more info on what Goodwill did?

Goodwill allowed clients to "sub-contract" temps. In Japan a temp worker is only allowed to work for one company. That company cannot pass the temps onto another company to work. This is to avoid a company avoiding its obligations under employment law.
