Sky Perfect TV! and the NPB Players Association have made a collaboration to allow broadcasts of Spring Training camps from Feb. 1 - to Feb. 28. Channel 179 will be known as "The Camp Channel," and will show news and video footage from all 12 Teams' Spring Training camps. The article appears on SpoNichi Annex (Japanese only).

Will this channel be available in the U.S? I live in New York and would love to be able to keep up with the Japanese baseball league.

The article didn't mention anything about international broadcasts of the channel. I highly doubt a spring training channel will be picked up by any satellite company outside of Japan, but the best thing to do would be to contact your local satellite service provider and ask.
