The Pro Yakyu Report 1.51 - Orix Trading Co.

Discussion in the Bayside West: Yokohama forum
The Pro Yakyu Report 1.51 - Orix Trading Co.
Orix is going after more released players this year than last. It seems that they’re interested in any and all free agents from anywhere. How did this strategy worked out for them last season, when they made more trades than any other team in Japan?

This is a synopsis of an article I wrote for Baseball Magazine that will be available in Japanese on January 19, 2014.

About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
