Formation of a Kansai Independent League
On the heals of the Shikoku Island League and Kokushinetsu Baseball Challenge League, there is a movement to start an independent professional league in the Kansai region.

TomStP - Does anyone have any reaction to the first season of the Hokushinetsu Baseball Challenge League? Also, I understand that the Shikoku League is expanding by two teams on Kyushu. What is the state of the SIL?
