Odds Makers vs. Darvish

Discussion in the Open Talk forum
Odds Makers vs. Darvish
It appears that the odds makers have chosen not to pick up action on the Nippon Ham game tonight. I'm sure it is because Darvish is pitching? Am I correct about this? That sucks, he is more often than not a shoe in.

Yup, it's Darvish tonight. Wow, he's so good that odds makers don't bother taking bets, that's amazing.

Not only did Darvish lose, he gave up a grand slam and lost to a pitcher who picked up his first ever victory!

I know, they actually put the game on the board 2 hours before it started. And had the Fighters favored (-175). The Mariens were +135.

I took the under which was at 7 runs, thus my bet pushed.

This is my suggestion if you are betting on baseball, give each game the same amount of respect.
