Does any know if Orix is still trying to sign Richard Hidalgo?

I would say no, because they recently added Jose Fernandez. But I could be wrong. I haven't seen anything official saying that they weren't interested.

The NPB tracker reports Orix still wants to sign more foreign player(s).
