Every game without reaching Min. PA?

Discussion in the Ask the Commish forum
Every game without reaching Min. PA?
"Min. PA" stands for "minimum plate appearances." I shortened it so that the title doesn't get too long.

Anyway, I think everyone knows who I am talking about. So, Commish, is he the first player ever in the history of the game in the world?

In Kinugasa's last year, he had 403 appearances in 130 games.

Man, since Kanemoto stopped his consecutive innings streak, I didn't realize he actually still made an appearance in every game, but I also don't go to that many Hanshin games, these days - it's pretty much only when they come to Jingu. That is pretty nuts.
