How to see Tokyo Team Workout on Off day?
Hi--

We will be in Tokyo when the local teams are out of town (June 16-25, 2012) on the weekends, with no games scheduled in between. Is there a way to see a team practice at Tokyo Dome on a day when no game is scheduled?

Thanks!

Well, on the 16th and 17th both the Lions and Marines will be in Tokorozawa and Chiba respectively. They're both a train ride away from Tokyo.

After the All Star Break, Seibu will be in Omiya on the 22nd (which is easier to get to from Tokyo than Tokorozawa), and the Giants return to Tokyo Dome for the 23rd and 24th.

On the 26th, Nippon Ham will be hosting Rakuten at Tokyo Dome.

While it'll take some travel time to get in a game in the Tokyo area at the start of your trip, Tokyo Dome will be hosting several games toward the end.

Hope this helps.
