Kroon was cut by the Giants yesterday. He had nice stats for the spring with a 1.69 ERA but the Giants did send him down to the Fresno AAA team. Kroon has not decided what to do yet. Perhaps a NPB offer will come in with the delay in the season start.

Good thing for Kroon the free spending YGs set him up for life. He can do what he pleases at this point.

Also Ryan Vogelsong of HTs was sent down to Fresno by the Giants.
