ＦＡ加入した中日和田一浩外野手（３５）が４日、新本拠地ナゴヤドームで会心のデビューを飾った。古巣西武相手にオープン戦初登場。５番左翼で先発し、２回先頭の第１打席で西口から中前打を放った。３打数１安打で途中交代。最高のスタートとなった。
