Hardware Problems
I'm seeing in my daily log reports that a hard disk failure may be imminent. I don't have physical access to this machine as it's half a world away, but am taking measures to try to get the hard disk replaced ASAP.

After running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for close to 6 years, surviving countless attacks, it's enevitable that a hard disk will eventually give out.

I'm making sure that all important data is backed up on a daily basis so that, at most, a single day's data will be lost should the inevitable occure before I can get the hard disk replaced.

Should the site go down any time in the coming couple of weeks, hard disk failure will be the most likely cause. I just want to make sure that you regulars to have ample warning.
