New Blogs
All of the volunteers haven't yet setup their blogs, but Christopher has been doing a good job at keeping up to date on reporting on the Tigers in his Hanshin Tigers 2008 blog.

I've still got a few more experiments that I want to do with the blog section (and will probably port them over to the normal forums), so the please consider the blogs currently in "Beta" (public testing) phase. If something isn't working right, please let me know. Suggestions for improvements are also welcome.

Sorry, Michael. I still haven't come up with a name for mine, plus that I'm not sure what to post there that isn't just a link to "look at my Kamagaya fan fest photos!" or such (and soon my Matsui Museum photos, and so on). I guess I could start commenting on open-sen, especially now that my sworn enemy Giants are 1-5.

I'll try to have something up by the time I go to my first open-sen game this weekend.
About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
