Posting Trouble
Posts over the last 14 hours or so have gone to the bit bucket due to administative failure on my part. I upgraded the database, but didn't save and restore the data properly. This caused newly posted messages to be created with truncated dates and other fields.

From what I can tell, all data from before the upgrade is still in tact.

I apologize for any stress caused by thinking that your posts were rejected. They were not. They just didn't make it into the system properly.

Thanks for communicating any time you experience any glitches or problems. You are doing a fantastic job managing this 365 days a year forum with posters with all their varied demands and expectations - all for free!
About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
