Nomo Continues Rehabilitation

Nomo Continues Rehabilitation
I know several of you have been wondering about Nomo's whereabouts, so I hope that this Nikkan Sports article [in Japanese] can help you out.

For those of you who don't read Japanese, here's a rough translation:

Hideo Nomo reportedly updated his home page for the first time in four months. He reported that after his operation last July that his elbow has been feeling good and bad, and that he shall continue rehabilitation for the time being. He had planned on playing in Winter League baseball in South America this off season, but had to cancel. At the time being, even camp in February is tentative.
About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
