Daisuke Matsuzaka left Friday night's game against the Texas Rangers after five innings because of a case of nausea.

It wasn't quite as simple as a case of nausea. Matsuzaka wanted to keep on going, but manager Terry Francona saw Matsuzaka vomiting in the clubhouse, and said that he couldn't let Matsuzaka keep going, despite his protests.
