Can anyone tell me what team Blue is in the Chinese Professional Baseball League?

Team Blue and Team Red are both essentially collective 'minor league' teams for the teams that do not have enough funding or will to create their own minor league teams.

Currently, only the LaNew Bears and the Uni-President Lions have independent minor league teams. The other 4, the Brother Elephants, Sinon Bulls, Chinatrust Whales, and Macoto Cobras all have their extra or adjusting players in either the Red or the Blue team.
