First, a retraction. Last week's data had an error. I detail the error in the first half of this week's Report.

Next, I submit my algorithm for finding a park adjusted ERA. I'd really like to hear from those of you who do major sabermetrics if I'm on the right track or not. The algorithm I use is fully described in the second part of this Report.
