This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.
It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.

The second game ended in a 0 to 0 tie after playing for 12 innings. Naruse pitched 10 scoreless innings of fabulous baseball and he threw 130 pitches. He gave up 3 hits but pitched like a seasoned veteran as he made great pitches and was never rattled. I must say that each time he takes the mound he improves one step more. I’m very, very happy to see his progress as well as all of his success. I just wish we could’ve scored a run so he and the team could’ve enjoyed another win. We kept our 3 game lead in the standings.
