3-Game Set Against the Lions
(August 16th) We concluded a 3-game set against the Lions at home with a victory. Watanabe Shunsuke got us to the victory by pitching excellent baseball - except for one pitch that he threw to Cabrera which became a 3-run homer. It was a little shaky early in the game but his last 5 innings were excellent. Yabuta and Masa Kobayashi came in and closed out the game.
