1967 Treaty Between MLB and Japan
I am doing research and I need to find information on a treaty between Major League Baseball and Japan made in 1967, any help?

Ah, that sounds like the one that was created in the wake of Murakami signing with the SF Giants while on loan (for training) from the Yomiuri Giants. Did Whiting cover that in "Wa"? Or do I remember that from the Nomo-mania era?

You may want to research newspapers in 1995 connected with Nomo and Murakami (as keywords). Also, check the index of Robert Whiting's "You Gotta Have Wa" from your local library. Those would be two great places to start.
