Dangerous Pitch Rule?

Dangerous Pitch Rule?
Hello everyone,

I'm interesting in finding the wording to the Japan Leagues' "dangerous pitch" rule (according to the article I mention below, formalized after the 1988 season) as it is relevant to a debate being played out in economics journals concerning whether HBPs are intentional strategy, and as such, increased by the DH because pitchers no longer fear retaliation when they bat. According to a published article by Akihiko Kawaura and Sumner J. La Croix in the Journal of Sports Economics, Japanese HBP data was consistent with this argument after the DH started in the Pacific League, with a greater amount of HBP than in the Central League after being the same earlier. But this league difference ended after the rule was imposed.

I'm interested in seeing how closely the rule is to MLB's 8.02(d) on intentional pitch at batter. Anyway I can't find a website with rules listed (in fact I can't find a website equivalent to MLB.com; are there any in English?).

Thanks for any help.
