It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

I’m calling from Yokohama. We just finished our 2nd game against the Baystars. We didn’t have quite the result that we wanted. Naruse didn’t get his 7th win in a row at the start of the season (which could’ve broke the team record) as well as Saburo’s streak stopped last night. Naruse pitched well for 6 innings and gave up a two-run homer with 2 strikes and 2 outs. We lost 2 to nothing but I want to say that we are playing so well. I’m so proud of all the players.
