Seibu acquires Bocachica

Seibu acquires Bocachica
The Seibu Lions have acquired outfielder Hiram Bocachica, who has played in the major leagues for eight seasons, the Pacific League club said Monday. Seibu and Bocachica have agreed on a one-year deal with an estimated annual salary of 50 million yen. The 31-year-old Puerto Rican has hit 15 homers and driven in 37 runs in 273 games in the majors.
