Rangers' Loe heading to Japan: Right-hander's rights sold to Pacific League's Hawks
The Rangers are selling the rights to right-hander Kameron Loe to the Fukuoka SouthBank Hawks of Japan's Pacific League. This move opens up a spot on the 40-man roster.
