Skipper Hara slashes WBC squad to 28
Nobuhiko Matsunaka and Tsuyoshi Wada won't make it to their second World Baseball Classic, while Kenta Kurihara, Takayuki Kishi and Toru Hosokawa will have to wait until 2013 for a piece of the WBC action.
