NPB Japanese Baseball draft Opens Up to the Public

The NPB Professional Baseball Draft will be open to the public for the first time in history this October. Well, to some of the public that is. NPB announced yesterday that 1,000 fans, selected by lottery, will be able to attend the drat this October.
