Yakult Swallows to sign Eulogio De La Cruz?

It appears as though the Swallows are close to signing 25-year-old pitcher Eulogio De La Cruz.

De La Cruz is a right-handed pitcher who has spent most of his time in the Detroit farm system, along with two stops at Florida (2008) and San Deigo (2009).
