NPB: 3.5 hour time limit to be dropped during post-season play

The 3.5 hour time limit rule will not be used during the post-season (Climax Series and Nippon Series). Extra innings will be playing out as usual: Climax Series up to 12 innings and Nippon Series up to 15 innings.
