Fukushima to host one of three 2013 All-Star Games; Ikusei rentals to Independent Leagues approved

The NPB will play one of their three 2013 All-Star Games in Fukushima. Possible locations within Fukushima include Fukushima City, Iwaki City, and Koriyama City. This is part of the NPB's plan to help support areas that were hit by the Tohoku Disaster.
